Gail and I have greatly enjoyed the opportunity to work on your slides and to visit with you in person, on the phone or by email. Due to health-related issues, I have decided to begin the process of transfer of the ownership of the slidedr business to Ray Splawn. Ray has been working with us for five years and has been involved in many of your setups. Rest assured that Ray will make every effort to maintain both our very high quality standards and our level of customer service. Our customers have told us that our customer service is among the best in the business and Ray is committed to continuing this level of service. Thank you for your many years of loyal patronage. I trust that you will give Ray the opportunity to demonstrate his ability and willingness to be of assistance. I will still be involved in assisting Ray whenever it is necessary.
